KARMA Rescue offers courtesy posting for pets. Courtesy posting involves posting the dog onto online databases of adoptable pets, Petfinder.com and adoptapet.com. The posting includes: photos, bio/profile and your contact information for rehoming. If you wish to courtesy list a dog with KARMA Rescue please email, Postings@KARMARescue.org

Organizations

• 911 Foster Pets - works to help save pets by seamlessly connecting animal shelters, rescue groups, and individual pet owners with local homes willing to foster a pet in need.

• Adopt-a-pet – An online database of pets needing homes. You can post your cat for adoption on their website.

• Community Effort Animal Rescue (CEAR) - Community Effort Animal Rescue (CEAR) is a large animal rescue and sanctuary based in Littlerock in the Antelope Valley. They are a licensed facility and non- profit, home to approximately 130- 140 sanctuary and adoptable dogs, cats and horses.

• Dogs Without Borders We can sometimes take dogs from the general public into our rescue but you should first exhaust ALL OTHER OPTIONS including your friends, family, and colleagues. You should also expect to wait several days before hearing back from us if you choose to submit your dog for consideration.

• Get Your Pet - online pet adoption community where people who want to adopt a pet connect with people who need to rehome a dog or cat.

• Home to Home - Home To Home™ is an online interactive pet placement platform that helps pet owners find new homes (permanent or temporary) for their pets. Home To Home™ believes pets that need a new home do best if they can be transitioned directly from their current home to a new, loving home and avoid the stress of a stay in an animal shelter.

• Live Love Animal Rescue They take in dogs from all situations and often find themselves rescuing the most extreme behavior and medical cases. They maybe able to help with rehoming, they have limited space and can only take in dogs when they have foster homes available. They recommend first trying Rehome by Adopt-a-Pet.

• Petfinder - Petfinder is an online, searchable database of animals who need homes. You can also find groups that help rehome pets by searching the website.

• Rescue Me - an online network which helps all breeds of dogs, cats and other animals find good homes, anywhere in the world by posting them online and emailing potential adopters.

• Santé D’Or Foundation - is a volunteer run animal adoption center and community focused rescue located in Los Angeles. Our animals come to us from our streets, are surrendered by residents experiencing extreme financial hardship, a crisis, or those who are no longer able to care for them. We are proud to be directly impacting our local shelters and community by accepting animals who would have otherwise been surrendered and likely euthanized due to overcrowding, or left to roam and reproduce on our city streets.
