Help for Tenants Facing Eviction:  

• Eviction Assistance Center (EAC) – Tenants with a pending eviction case filed at the Downtown LA courthouse on Hill Street should call or visit the EAC immediately. Legal assistance is free. 111 N. Hill Street Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Room 115, Los Angeles, CA 90012, (818) 485 – 0578.

Help for Tenants Facing Pet Related Discrimination:
