Assistance Dog Special Allowance (ADSA) program - provides a monthly payment of $50 to eligible persons who use a guide, signal, or service dog to help them with their disability-related needs. The allowance is to help pay the costs of food, grooming, and health care for the dog.
Better Together Forever – They hold Pet Wellness Clinics that provide nail trims, ear cleanings.
CAMP – Offers low-cost veterinary services for low-income families that includes nail trims.
Frosted Faces - primarily provide veterinary care that is required to maintain and enhance the quality of life for senior animals. They can also help with grooming.
Heaven on Earth/Perry's Place – Offers nail trims and other vet tech services at clinics as part of the community pet program.
Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control - They provide financial assistance for veterinary services, boarding, grooming, compassionate euthanasia and pet supplies for residents of L.A. County. Call 562-519-0339 or email access2care@animalcare.lacounty.gov
Mercy Crusade Vet Clinic - non-profit low-cost vet clinic in Oxnard, Ventura County, offering nail trims at their Walk-In Vaccine Clinic.
Michelson Found Animals - Pet Wellness Days offer free appointment-based wellness and hygiene services in addition to offering pet supplies and food for both cats and dogs with no appointment.
The Rescue Train - Offers a Shelter Intervention Program that includes grooming.
