Please Help Abigail Angel
 This is Abigail Angel, a one year old Pit Bull mix. This little angel was the victim of shocking, barbaric abuse and was inexplicably set on fire. She was brought to the Lancaster Shelter where Karma Rescue heard of her tragic story. We immediately transported Abigail to our local animal hospital where she is currently receiving intensive care for her injuries including second and third degree burns through out her body.
Abigail is not currently up for adoption as she is considered evidence in an animal cruelty case and will have a long road to recovery. Unfortunately, local authorities are not optimistic they will find the perpetrators of this crime, but Karma Rescue will be with Abigail and support her through this rehabilitation process. We will find her that perfect, loving home once the case is brought to its conclusion. Abigail is an angel indeed.

More About the Cody Fund
The Cody Fund is an on-going initiative established to care for and rehabilitate those dogs with special needs. As a Los Angeles area rescue, we at times come across a dog that requires specialized attention and intense medical care. Whether it is the result of neglect, abuse or congenital issues, Karma Rescue feels compelled to take action in these cases.
We would not be able to step in and help without the increased financial support and assistance of our donors. We rely on your generosity to rescue these dogs and find them loving, permanent homes.
